Coming into this assignment, I didn’t know what a rhetorical analysis was.  Through the documents and samples provided, I gained more knowledge and was pushed out of my comfort zone. It was challenging to find material that allowed for lots of analysis, and I was forced to do background research on the topic I chose. Through this research, I gained a lot of new knowledge. I also learned how to write from an unbiased perspective, which was a valuable skill to develop. Despite the initial difficulty, this assignment significantly improved my analytical and writing abilities. It helped me understand the importance of looking at different perspectives and the techniques used in persuasive communication. Overall, this experience has enhanced my ability to critically analyze texts and improved my writing skills. I plan on going into research after college and now I feel more prepared to tackle any feel more prepared to tackle any complex analysis tasks
